Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years focused on 2025+ horizons
- Proven track record commercializing emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Roadmapping
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
- Experience with federal grant applications (DARPA, NSF, DOE)
