Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with corporate vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Conduct competitive intelligence and scenario planning to identify disruptive threats/opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget and vendor partnerships for R&D initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications and represent InnovateTech at global tech forums
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (quantum, AI, Web3, or biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in market forecasting and scenario modeling
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Expertise in innovation frameworks (e.g., Lean Startup, Blue Ocean Strategy)
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or innovation management
