Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, generative AI) with 2026 market impact
- Develop and present 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape studies for strategic positioning
- Design and oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies (minimum 3/year)
- Present technology briefings to C-suite and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record of launching at least 2 enterprise-scale technology initiatives
- Expertise in forecasting tech trends and modeling market disruption
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI ethics, and distributed systems
- Certifications in TOGAF, AWS/Azure, and technology management preferred
- Experience building innovation frameworks with measurable ROI
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
