Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging fields (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech interfaces)
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech investments with long-term vision
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies for potential commercialization
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of experimental prototyping
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience scaling technologies from concept to enterprise-level deployment
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
- Track record of driving innovation in fast-paced environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified in emerging tech frameworks (e.g., Quantum Strategy, AI Ethics Governance)
