Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial web)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage R&D partnerships with leading academic institutions and startups
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and internal ideation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching future-focused products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- MBA or advanced degree in technology/computer science preferred
- Experience in fast-paced innovation environments (startup, R&D lab, or tech incubator)
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting a plus
