- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen technology deployment
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, blockchain, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching technology products with >$100M revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight (e.g., IEEE, MIT Tech Review)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
