Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing emerging tech solutions (AI, quantum, blockchain)
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Secure strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech giants
- Present technology vision and progress to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Drive innovation through hackathons, prototyping, and R&D project incubation
- Ensure all initiatives align with ESG principles and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing multi-million dollar tech budgets and P&L responsibility
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and global innovation communities
- Certification in strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF, PMP) a plus
