Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, neuromorphic computing, biotech interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget allocation for 2026-2027 initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in technology innovation management (e.g., CTIM)
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends
