Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 18-36 month horizons
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for quantum/AI integration
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate emerging tech investments
- Architect governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to Board of Directors
- Mentor next-gen technology leaders through internal incubators
- Drive patent portfolio development in disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI initiatives
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent technical doctorate
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals (2020-2023)
- Certification in Technology Strategy from MIT/Stanford
- Expertise in regulatory compliance for emerging tech
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global partnerships
