Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy framework
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Conduct scenario planning for tech adoption across global markets
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $10M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership on tech disruption trends
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record launching next-gen products/services
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (Delphi, SWOT, PESTLE)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, neuromorphic computing)
- CFA or MBA from Tier-1 institution preferred
- Experience scaling tech ventures in regulated industries
- Published research on technology adoption curves
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic a plus
