Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead discovery and evaluation of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) for commercial viability
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype and validate breakthrough solutions with engineering teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology adoption and implementation
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on innovation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive solutions from concept to market
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future technology implementations
