Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology roadmap, identifying disruptive innovations and market opportunities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Develop and validate future-state technology prototypes through rapid prototyping cycles
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Manage cross-functional innovation teams and foster external partnerships with research institutions
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven visualizations
- Drive sustainable technology adoption and responsible innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
