Responsibilities

- Architect scalable innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and MVP development
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with measurable ROI projections
- Manage vendor partnerships and technology ecosystem integration for 2026 initiatives
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least 2 breakthrough products/services post-2020
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, blockchain, quantum computing
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman)
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones and diverse cultural contexts
