Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps integrating quantum AI, biocomputing, and neuromorphic systems
- Lead cross-continental R&D initiatives with MIT, Stanford, and Tokyo Institute of Technology
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants from NSF and Horizon Europe
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging tech ethics and governance
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government bodies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years strategy experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI alignment or quantum algorithms
- Proven track record securing >$30M in research funding
- Expertise in ISO 42001 and IEEE Ethically Aligned Design standards
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Experience with AWS Braket or IBM Quantum platforms
