- Collaborate with R&D to prototype futuristic solutions (e.g., brain-compute interfaces)
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts impacting tech adoption timelines
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across organizational functions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech paradigms (blockchain, quantum, AGI)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
- Experience with patent landscape analysis and IP strategy
