Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 with measurable impact KPIs
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable AI
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with exponential potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior strategists through our Future Leaders program
- Author thought leadership published in top-tier industry journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, biotech convergence, AGI ethics, or climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex interdependencies
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on technology disruption
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (preferred)
