Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum/AI/biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact models
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI tracking across 15+ business units
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with rigorous ROI optimization
- Build strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global tech accelerators
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in C-suite advisory roles
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum/biotech initiatives to enterprise level
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or Harvard Business Review
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, NIST AI RMF)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies or industry-shifting innovations
