- Lead strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Translate technical capabilities into business value through innovation workshops and executive briefings
- Oversee R&D investments in future-focused technologies with 3-5 year ROI projections
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and strategic impact across departments
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO-equivalent experience
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
