- Author whitepapers influencing global tech policy
- Manage cross-continental R&D teams across 5 innovation hubs
- Drive patent strategy targeting 50+ filings by 2026
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record scaling $100M+ innovation portfolios
- Expertise in at least three: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, climate tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Published author in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE)
- Board-level experience with Fortune 500 tech companies
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global collaboration
- Certified in Future Tech Foresight methodologies
