Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI initiatives
- Deep expertise in ESG-compliant tech frameworks
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience with UN SDG technology implementation
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic preferred
