Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) for strategic integration
- Lead high-stakes stakeholder workshops to align technical vision with market needs
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven prioritization
- Mentor cross-functional teams in next-gen technology adoption
- Publish thought leadership on technology trends in industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in scaling tech innovation from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotechnology
- Executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Published research or patents in future-facing technology domains
- Fluency in strategic frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Porter's Five Forces)
