Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives

- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing pilot programs for next-gen innovations
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and ROI of innovation initiatives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for R&D collaborations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven experience forecasting market trends and translating them into actionable strategies
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in strategic forecasting tools
