Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in strategic foresight or technology forecasting (e.g., CFTE, CTO Academy)
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
