Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, blockchain)
- Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Oversee R&D investments in next-gen technologies with ROI-focused frameworks
- Establish ethical and governance frameworks for AI and autonomous systems
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership, with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy (journal articles, whitepapers)
- Experience managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets
