Responsibilities
- Architect technology roadmaps for 2026+ implementation across quantum AI, biotech interfaces, and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 5+ year impact horizons
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with ESG compliance and market disruption
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-7 year adoption windows
- Develop patentable frameworks for ethical AI governance and sustainable tech lifecycle management
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and other future-tech forums
- Mentor junior strategists in technology foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in scaling technologies from concept to $100M+ revenue
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or sustainable tech
- Deep expertise in quantum computing algorithms and neuromorphic architectures
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight methodology certification
- Experience securing $50M+ R&D budgets for experimental technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
