Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech) and assess commercial viability
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into development pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
