Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, blockchain, and autonomous systems
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive technologies for acquisition
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships
- Mentor technical teams on emerging tech best practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in future-tech roles
- PhD or MS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems from concept to production
- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms and blockchain architecture
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on emerging technologies
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
