Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruptions
- Conduct ROI analysis and feasibility studies for next-gen technology adoption
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and investors
- Build and manage a network of technology futurists and industry disruptors
- Drive innovation workshops to identify transformational opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business required
