Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps aligning tech innovation with market demands and regulatory frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in exponential tech domains
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts through MVP cycles
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders at industry conferences
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices in product development lifecycles
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (3+ launches)
- Deep expertise in exponential tech trends (AI, biotech, quantum, AR/VR)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Certified in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating tech innovation strategy implementations
