- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting long-term technology adoption
- Build partnerships with research institutions and startups for early-stage technology scouting
- Quantify ROI and risk mitigation strategies for future technology investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing future-focused solutions
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and market analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience building technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
