Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing applications
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, etc.) for commercial viability
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts and innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Develop patent portfolios and intellectual property protection strategies for breakthrough innovations
- Drive implementation of ESG-compliant technology standards across all product lines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Deep expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Experience scaling tech teams and managing innovation budgets >$50M
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
