- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI on innovation initiatives
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting future technology landscapes
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience working with executive teams on strategic technology initiatives
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems and regulatory environments
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
