Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuro interfaces, etc.)
- Analyze global tech ecosystems to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Design sustainable tech frameworks for decentralized systems and circular economy integration
- Present strategic technology insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Monitor ethical implications of emerging technologies and ensure compliance with evolving regulations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, and sustainable tech architectures
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or C++)
