Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps identifying disruptive innovations and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Analyze global tech trends to inform strategic R&D investments and partnerships
- Present future-vision strategies to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 3-5 year technological horizons
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or advanced R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation labs
