Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with global market trends and company growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in AI ethics, quantum applications, and climate tech
- Establish KPI frameworks for emerging technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Build strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups, research institutions, and Fortune 500 R&D labs
- Present technology roadmaps to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with rigorous financial modeling and risk assessment
- Mentor junior strategists and organize quarterly Future Tech symposiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives with measurable business impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with a tech focus
- Certifications in Technology Strategy, Agile Innovation, or Futures Studies preferred
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology transformation initiatives with >$1M budget
