Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, blockchain) and market trends to develop strategic 2026 technology roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing innovation initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and secure buy-in for major technology investments
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technology ROI and innovation impact
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with technology vendors and research institutions
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing systems and adopting agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or similar senior tech leadership role
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, IoT) and their commercial applications
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and market trends
- Executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF, PMP) or emerging technologies preferred
