Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives and emerging tech trends
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to generate breakthrough concepts in AI, IoT, and biotech
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on innovation
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or climate tech
- Strong data analytics skills with experience in scenario modeling and forecasting
- Exceptional communication abilities for translating complex technical concepts
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business Strategy preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
- Experience scaling technology teams in high-growth environments
