Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, AGI) and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture capital partners
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership for C-suite stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused technology prototyping
- Negotiate strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 and academic research institutions
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record in scaling innovations from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., FTI, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience with venture capital due diligence and startup incubation
