Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Architect innovation frameworks for next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation portfolio performance against future benchmarks
- Drive organizational culture shift toward adaptive innovation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
