Responsibilities

- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruptions
- Partner with product teams to incubate next-gen solutions with 3-5 year development cycles
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and research laboratories
- Present future technology scenarios to executive leadership and board members
- Drive innovation workshops to identify breakthrough opportunities
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
