Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing emerging tech solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for next-generation technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for future tech initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate theoretical concepts into viable products
- Represent company at industry forums and establish thought leadership in future technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership role
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching technology products with market impact
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive experience
- Familiarity with technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
