Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market disruption
- Develop and implement future-proof technology roadmaps aligned with company growth objectives and industry evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions with pilot programs
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused technology initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, neurotech)
