- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members on technology adoption risks/opportunities
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-driven resource allocation for prototyping and pilot programs
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and other future-focused institutions
- Author annual 'Technology Horizons' reports influencing industry policy and investment decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or hyper-growth startups
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on emerging tech ethics or policy implications
- Security clearance or experience with government technology initiatives (DARPA, NSF)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Certification in Technology Strategy Management (TSM) or similar framework
