Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture capital partners
- Conduct horizon-scanning analyses of emerging technologies (metaverse, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough innovations in sustainable tech and digital twins
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board members with data-driven ROI projections
- Mentor junior futurists through our Innovation Academy program
- Drive adoption of Web3.0 infrastructure and decentralized governance models
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in launching tech ventures with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for next-gen technologies
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
- Portfolio of patented technologies or industry-recognized innovations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS or WFS)
