Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum systems
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies (neuromorphic computing, bio-integrated systems)
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biometric interfaces
- Secure strategic partnerships with quantum computing labs and academic research centers
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching commercialized R&D initiatives
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Deep understanding of technology ethics and regulatory landscapes
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
