Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities and risks for 2026 market dominance
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Build and nurture partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies and future-proofing frameworks across engineering teams
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and ethical implications to ensure responsible innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining tech products/services
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies and scenario planning for complex tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of current tech trends (Web3, AR/VR, advanced AI) and their commercial applications
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar innovation budgets and cross-continental teams
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology innovation management (e.g., CFIP)
