Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market forecasts and organizational goals
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with potential industry impact by 2026
- Architect strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and research institutions
- Present technology forecasts and innovation proposals to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic computing, AR/VR 2.0)
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies and future-proof development practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in futures research methodologies and technology forecasting frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI governance, and sustainable tech principles
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., from Foresight Academy)
