- Present future-tech vision to C-suite and board stakeholders

- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in patent development and tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Experience with international tech policy frameworks
- Strong financial modeling for tech ROI and venture capital fundraising
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
