Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and their potential impact on the industry and our business.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to evaluate and integrate new technologies.
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor competitor technology strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Lead innovation workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas.
- Build and maintain relationships with key technology partners and industry experts.
- Ensure alignment between technology initiatives and overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful technology strategies.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, IoT, and quantum computing.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership experience and the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
