Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends and market disruptions to identify strategic opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions and market validation
- Present technology roadmaps and investment proposals to C-suite and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Monitor competitor tech portfolios and regulatory landscapes
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, neurotech)
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience building technology roadmaps with multi-year horizons
- Certifications in innovation management or technology forecasting preferred
